Daniel Imperato

Mr. Imperato brings over thirty years of experience in global business planning and development and has personal relationships at high levels around the world. He has consulted for Fortune 500 corporations, with a mix of product lines, consisting of telecommunications products and services, telecommunication equipment including v-sat terminals and handheld mobile satellite telephones, along with passport and identification cards services and secure documents for foreign governments around the world. Imperato has also orchestrated real estate development around the globe ranging from commercial office buildings, educational and medical facilities, sports arenas and entertainment venues, to regional shopping malls.

Mr. Imperato ran as an Independent Candidate for the 2008 Presidential Election. As a responsible citizen and a Papal Knight with honors from the Vatican, Daniel Imperato has done many things to help aid and better our country and the world.

Being a strong activist for Africa, Daniel has selflessly dedicated his time to the African Center Foundation, a United Nations NGO (Non-Governmental Organization), where he served as a trustee, and head of the Palm Beach branch. In 2004, Daniel Imperato was named Chairman of the NRCC (National Republican Congressional Committee) Honorary Business Council, composed of top business people from around the country. In addition, Imperato also received the NRCC Businessman of the Year Award, and was awarded a Ronald Reagan Gold Medal.

Mr. Imperato is the Grand Prior of the United States and Canada for Orden Bonaria and a Knight of the Order. He has an honorary doctorate in International Business, Inter-Religious Dialog and Humanities. The Imperato Foundation works in collaboration with the Orden Bonaria to support humanitarian projects around the world.

Edelmiro Lopez Perez
Board Director for EU Affairs

Mr. Lopez has over 35 years of technical and management expertise in the Defense and Telecommunications industries. He has worked in Italy, France, Spain, The Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, UK and USA. His experience includes management of all elements of a corporation. Mr. Lopez is a former VP Technologies of the joint venture US West - Time Warner, in Spain. Principal tasks were to develop and establish the venture as a viable option for the most potentially important TV Cable franchises of Spain.

Mr. Lopez was also involved in implementing integrated technologies in US West Operations in Spain, The Netherlands, Belgium and UK. With US West, he also collaborated in the overall design of Telecommunications Networks for Poland. He participated very actively in valuation, purchase and merging of several Telecom Operations. In the Telecommunications field, in the last years, he was responsible for the business plan, development and deployment of a worldwide IP based telephone & multimedia international network. At the same time, he was the CEO of a Spanish Security Company. During 2000, he was promoting NMDG Submarine Cable project in Europe, as VP Business Development. He negotiated landing rights and connections to local European Telecom Networks. He also started negotiations with EU for converting NMDG European Regional Network into a Pan-European EU Network.

Richard Biggs

Richard Biggs is a financial executive with 26 years of progressive financial and managerial experience. He has been successful at all organizational levels from plant to corporate and has extensive experience in areas of plant, division & corporate operations including strategic planning, property management, finance system implementation and consolidations.

Mr. Biggs is currently a Corporate Controller for Picometrix LLC, were he has implemented Sarbanes Oxley Regulations and requirements and interfaces with the board of directors on corporate financial matters. Mr. Biggs has a Masters of Arts in Business Management from Central University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting from Davenport University.

David Adan
Advisory Director of Engineering

Prior to Imperiali Inc., Mr. Adan was a Project Manager for Network Information Solutions where he designed a multi-M dollar telecom proposal for a resort area (Cairo, Egypt). Mr. Adan participated in responding to a multi-M dollar Telecom RFP for the New York City Transit Authority. The RFP included a Sonet transportation system and ATM switching. Mr. Adan developed marketing strategies for Latin America and the U.S., and he developed sales plans for customized CLEC, ISP and Intranet billing and network management system. Mr. Adan was a Network Engineer at ImpSat USA. There, he relocated terrestrial circuits from one teleport to another. He optimized the network and coordinated the relocation with main carriers such as ICI, Worldcom, BellSouth, TCG and BTI. Mr. Adan coordinated the installation of the 3-Node Fiber Optic OC-3 Ring. Mr. Adan served as a Telecommunications Consultant for K&M Engineering in Colombia and South America and was a Telecom Consultant for Network Information Solutions as well. He was a consultant for an Egyptian project in Transmissions systems and provided technical support to proposal preparation. Mr. Adans experience includes developing a telecommunications specification (SDH) to integrate 110 electric power substations for the Egyptian Electricity Authority at an estimated cost of 4 M dollars. He developed a Telecom Specification to expand an existing 34 Mbps (PDH) Fiber Optic Transmission System backbone to 140 Mbps. Mr. Adan developed an SDH design to replace a PDH system and performed Proposal Evaluations of the SDH design and Recommended Contract Award. Mr. Adan instituted a new concept to review F-15 jet engines technical proposals that resulted in a cost savings of $1 M dollars on a contractors proposal of 14 M dollars and received a commendation and monetary award for two consecutive years from the U S Air Force and Defense Logistics Agency. Mr. Adan was responsible for replicate electrical and mechanical interfaces for the Space Hubble Telescope Trainer. Mr. Adan received a commendation and monetary award on a new concept for the acquisition of new equipment that resulted a cost saving of 500k dollars for the Space Hubble Telescope Trainer budgeted at 20 M dollars. He designed a 50 M Dollar Fiber Optic Transmission (PDH) Telecom Network, conceived and carried out a cost-effective plan to relocate a 5 M-Dollar Communication Center. The new concept resulted in savings of more than 1 M dollars.

Dr. Busch, an American living in London, is a Professor at Webster University in London, and formerly a Professor at the University of Hawaii. As a journalist, his writings are published throughout Europe, Russia and the Middle East. He has been a featured contributor for the Wall Street Journal, Spectator, and Russian Press. His on-line journal OCNUS.Net features a broad array of commentary and reporting by international journalists.

In addition to his background in political science, Busch has been engaged in trade and business on the African continent for many years. He has also consulted for foreign governments on transport and logistics. Recently, Dr. Busch has entered into the distance-learning arena in addition to his private consulting business.
