Advisory ServicesMost companies do not possess the time in order to explore the issues involved with global expansion and derive the most profitable solutions. Our team is able to maximize profits from existing revenues and increase revenues through new venues and create new projects to grow a company’s top line. We are able to evaluate all of a company’s operations: everything from existing business management services, new business management services, existing business process improvements, company management procedures, internal global expansion plan, custom global implementation plan, and strategic partners. Concurrently, while evaluating the operations, the development team can assess a company’s financial situation by performing profit maximization studies, cost analysis for expenditures, budgeting for expansion, backup plan analysis, and compensation analysis & planning.

However, where our resources are of greatest value is in our ability to formulate political, religious, and business applications for a company through the business contacts of our management. We help companies analyze and evaluate political alliances, adapt to religious sectors, integrate business into environment, and proper positioning in the global marketplace. In formulating these applications, Imperiali is able to devise a comprehensive marketing program that utilizes global market strategic partners, branding, corporate identity, market research & competitive analysis, as well as promotional tools (e.g. website).

Finally, Imperiali can put all of the missing pieces in place, including the facilities to make everything work. We are able to advise companies on new construction and renovations, construction & leasing management, and capacity & configuration planning.

Imperiali Fees and ExpensesThe Company shall pay Imperiali a non-refundable deposit in the amount of three thousand U.S. dollars ($3,000) for due diligence and one (1) hour of telephone advisory. Once Imperiali has approved the Company as a client, the initial retainer fee is thirty thousand U.S. dollars ($30,000) which includes: Business advisory over the telephone or in-person (if an adviser is available in your area): An executive summary detailing the necessary markets and procedures needed for development, expansion, and/or capitalization: as well as other agreed services. When the executive summary and the strategic plan laid forth in that document is agreed to by both sides, the Imperiali Organization will move forward with creating an in-depth white paper which details which people, strategic partners, markets, distributors, etc., that need to be targeted, as well as outline what the capabilities and the expectations are on both sides.

Services can be financed in one of four different ways:

  • Per Diem Basis: $3,000.00 (USD) per day, plus expenses (travel, hotel, food, etc.)

  • Yearly Retainer: $250,000 (USD) per year, plus revenue sharing agreement

  • Equity Stake: Equity within the Company can be exchanged for services, on an individual basis.

  • Fee & Equity Stake: Combination of fee and equity within the Company


Additionally, both sides will set mutual obligations and responsibilities for the term of the agreement, and will setup the services rendered which may include: business evaluation, investor relations, strategic partnering, marketing analysis, cost analysis, and corporate management training.

The Company shall reimburse Imperiali within 10 days after receipt of any invoice from Imperiali for all of Imperiali’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with its services hereunder for travel, deliveries, outside computer time, legal and accounting expenses, and other out-of-pocket expenses, and (if internal counsel is used) allocated costs of internal counsel. Imperiali shall retain professional service provider or consultants (including internal counsel) for the account of the Company only following receipt of the approval of the Company of such retention. The fees and expenses of such professionals and consultants (including internal counsel) shall be paid by the Company.
